About the Role:
As a Technical Support Engineer I in Celigo’s CloudExtend team, you will help businesses—from Fortune 500 companies to small boutiques—maximize productivity by integrating enterprise systems with popular consumer applications. You will be at the frontline, resolving technical issues, monitoring systems, and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide direct support to users, diagnosing and resolving software issues quickly.
- Bug Fixing & Issue Resolution: Identify and help fix bugs in applications using technologies such as .NET, MongoDB, Angular, and JavaScript.
- System Monitoring: Monitor production systems, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaboration: Work with development teams to understand new features and assist in their deployment.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation for troubleshooting and deployments.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest in cloud technologies and modern software practices.
Key Technical Skills:
AWS EC2, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, AWS ECR, AWS CDK, AWS CodePipeline, .NET Core, C#, Web API, MongoDB, Angular, JavaScript, Git, AWS CloudWatch, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS CloudFormation
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate experience with AWS cloud services and .NET applications.
- Understanding of MongoDB querying and database troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and JavaScript for web application development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Eagerness to learn emerging technologies and improve continuously.
